What is the VoxTone?
What is the VoxTone? How does the order process work for the VoxTone? Our billing options for this country is based upon a pre-paid service. You fill out your order and customize your VoxTone, pay for the order via PayPal or credit card, then you will receive your content within 48 business hours via email. We send you a download link with two audio formats. Your VoxTone will be in a .wav format the other file will be in .mp3 format for your convenience. That is the advantage of having us send you the actual source files, as you are then free to apply this VoxTone to different phones, or new phones when you upgrade in the future. You can also use the files for WIN/MAC default sounds, or within your Microsoft Outlook email notification and more. We issue you an Order# with each VoxTone you create which you'll see at the end of your order before proceeding to payment. Please be sure to keep this order# during all correspondence with VoxTone Customer Support. Basically, you will fillout your order form and info needed in the "Customize My VoxTone" page. Please follow the order flow process accordingly. Once you complete the order form, you will be directed to a review page where you will furthermore proceed to payment via Papal or Creditcard by clicking on the payment button seen on the review page after the order form page. Once we receive confirmation of your payment, which is usually instant if payment was successful, our production system will then get started on producing your customized request. Your VoxTone order will then go through our patent-pending production process and technology in furthermore creating your very own custom made ringtone, or sound alert for whichever way you wish to use it. Once processed, your Customized Exclusive VoxTone is delivered to you directly via email as a URL download in two audio formats to choose from (.wav & .mp3). To customize on a per person basis worldwide would usually take time, however with our patent-pending technology and process, we have minimized your wait time to just 48 business hours or less for delivery of your VoxTone! *note we only charge 1 time price points, so you have no worries upon subscribing to a monthly or ongoing service you don't want or need. Simply buy as you please with no commitment or monthly plans. Always a one-time charge only, for all products guaranteed! How do I know if the VoxTone works with my phone? I have received nothing, I have paid and have my order#. What do I do?
How do I save my VoxTone as a ringtone onto my phone? Once you get the VoxTone onto your device for some devices all you have to do is click on the file and save as a ringtone. However, with some other devices you might have to save the VoxTone directly into the ringtone folder of your phone, then furthermore select the VoxTone from the actual ringtone menu. We recommend referring to your device manual or contacting your service provider for tech support if you continue to have problems. They will be able to walk you through the process systematically. If all else fails, please call or email VoxTone Customer Support and we will always try to help the best we can. My order was placed on Friday and it's now Sunday, why don't I have my VoxTone?
